The Dividend Dog Catcher

I’m Fredrik Rydlun, I grew up, got educated, and had two daughters in Minnesota. The daughters now send me picture calendars from Oregon and Washington documenting my grand kids. I love those guys!

After Minnesota, I moved to Colorado to become a partner in a graphic arts, typesetting, advertising &, marketing boutique. That was the beginning of Rydlun & Co which went through start ups and failures. The last one was a new age, non-fiction, book publishing company in Colorado. (What was I thinking?)

After 26 years in CO I moved on to a new life with Pattie Dobrowski Rydlun in New Jersey, Boston, and now Carolina. I changed from being an entrepreneur to a JOB holder and worked at numerous jobs administering financial and marketing services, and finally it included a stint managing customer services at John Hancock Long-Term Care in Boston.

I got frustrated with the JOB scene and in May, 2011, I started blogging about dividend stocks. I blogged as Fredrik Arnold (to avoid conflicting with my JOB at Hancock) for a penny per click on the Seeking Alpha website.

I was ready to retire and concentrate on blogging and getting back to being an entrepreneur. So, I resurrected Rydlun & Co., made it an LLC in 2014, and trademarked Dividend Dog Catcher. Not only do I have experiences and skills but I have acquired a wealth of knowledge about dividend dog stocks blogging for the last five years. My goal is to share that information and help folks have more money.
